I can log in fulfillment Account, but I can’t log in Software account.
I want to fetch products and other things, but before that, I need to fetch tokens with my credential.
So I want to log in software account to get tokens.

Is your SaaS email the same email associated with your Community Account?

You should be able to fetch your tokens with your user and password. See this article for more information on how to do that.
If you’re trying to add a 3rd Party Developer to your account, you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team to assist you with that.
Another thing too is that SF accounts usually don’t have access to the SaaS Dashboard, did you have access to this before?
