Hi there, not sure where this belongs here, I don’t see many simple issues like this here but I am not sure where it stems from. What seems like randomly, we have multiple shiphero products that are pulling one image from a specific product on Shopify. Has anyone experienced this before? Since product images continuously update, deleting the image is a temporary solution for a matter of minutes, until the image re syncs to the shiphero products. To clarify, a dozen or so products are pulling an image from one other product. This can be confusing to people who are new to our company so any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
