Order Change / Remove product sync

Hi Team,

We’re running customer service for 100+ stores and would prefer to run it in shiphero or integrated app if possible.I’m looking for a way to remove a product from an order in shiphero but have shopify receive the update. Currently when we add or remove a product in shopify those updates push into shiphero but canceling or adding a product to an order in shiphero does not push to shopify. How do other address this issue?
