Sending a welcome email when added as a ShipHero User?

Hi,
Is there really no way to use a query to send a welcome email to a new user added to our shiphero account? If not, why? and could this be added as a feature?

Would you mind explaining the specifics a little more? I want to pass along as detailed as feedback as possible!

Do you mean welcome emails from a 3PL to their customers? Or something along the lines of one of our brand accounts sending welcome emails to users within their account?
