The template says that the product name column should be called “Name”. However I receive this error on upload: The CSV file contains invalid headers: Name. Headers are case sensitive.
I have tried “Name”, “name”, and “NAME”. What is happening here?

I believe this best way to resolve this issue would be to create a ticket for our Support Staff to look into, as they are better equipped to help with this type of issue.
