Subscription orders not flowing through to ShipHero properly

Hey guys,

We’re running into an issue where our subscription orders from Shopify are not flowing through to ShipHero properly

We’re using Shopify’s new Subscriptions app (native to Shopify), which I think might be causing the issue

All other normal one-time purchases are flowing from Shopify to ShipHero as expected

Has anyone else run into this?

Hey @alt15! I see you are a child account for a 3PL. In that case, reach out to them, and they will be able to submit a ticket on your behalf.
