User Lock on an Order

Hello!

In the ShipHero UI for Manage Orders, there’s a field called “User Lock”. I was wondering if there is a way to access that field via the API. I’ve looked all through the Orders query documentation, but I can’t seem to find anything related to it, but it’s possible I overlooked it. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

At the moment there appears to be no way to query that information through our Public API.

Hello can you please add this ASAPI?

It’s been 2 years and we need to check for locked orders before canceling on Shopify. We’ve shipped out cancelled and refunded orders!!!

An addition in June was not included in the Schema to return an order’s lock status.
It’s now included: https://developer.shiphero.com/wp-content/uploads/spectaql/#definition-OrderWarehouseAllocation
