Is it possible to add, delete, update tags on the product level via the API? This would really help us route our orders to our bulk shipping station automatically and clear bulkable orders from the pick/pack queue as well as pre-select methods/packaging and save us a ton of admin time.

Unfortunately is not possible at the moment (only when creating the product), but I just submitted a Feature Request for this to be added.
