Add UPS carrier without password

Hi Team,

We want to add the UPS carrier method to one of our 3PL client’s accounts in shiphero. Unfortunately, the client is not willing to share their UPS account password due to some security measures. We have the username and account number only. Can you help us out with the integration of the UPS carrier method without a password?

Hi @darshan!
Unfortunately, those fields are required to establish a connection
You can create a user on your account for your customer and let him add the carrier, that way he doesn’t share the credentials with you.
