CartRover/ShipHero Integration

We are a 3PL and are currently using CartRover as the intermediary software between DSCO and ShipHero for one of our clients. This has been working great. We are about to add another client to this setup, but this client has a lot more skus in ShipHero. When we turn on all the jobs (order, inventory, and shipping) we get alerts that we do not have enough credits to complete the shipping job in ShipHero. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve the problem. Thank you.
