Frequent Load time issues and incorrect order counts

We urgently need a solution for the system-wide load time issues and frequent errors we’re encountering.

So far, I’m not impressed with the platform. At double the cost of Finale and ShipStation combined, we expected the core functionality to be stable. Right now, we can’t get accurate historical order counts, and we’re unable to reliably update existing orders without running into issues.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
