Get 'Ready to Ship' status via API

Hi, I need to figure out how to determine from the API whether an order is unfulfilled, but being shipped (aka your Ready To Ship flag in the UI), or not being shipped (like in the situation where there’s no inventory for that order).

Is that possible?
