How to do products bulk Import to the Shiphero App

Hi,

Is there a way to bulk import products to the Shiphero app other than adding individually in Dashboard or through API?

Hi @tejaswini!
If you have a store connected such as:

  • Amazon
  • BigCommerce
  • eBay
  • Etsy
  • Google Merchant
  • Magento 2.x
  • MyStoreNo
  • Shopify, Shopify Plus, Shopify POS
  • Walmart

Then you won’t need to upload those products because they will get imported.

If it is not a Store, yes, the only possibilities are to either Bulk Upload them using Bulk Edit and a CSV file, or using the product_create mutation

With having a store, is it a one time import?
Is there any real time sync? If yes, how frequent?

Are there any resources/documentation for store to ShipHero sync and vice versa.
Please do advise.

it will depend on the Store and the settings you configure for the Store @supritha , are you thinking of connecting a Shopify store?

We have some documents regarding how to connect stores:

This one specific to Shopify: https://help.shiphero.com/knowledgeBase/10139736

Once you connect to the store then Products should get downloaded, and depending on the amount you have it will take more time, but it should be that much to pull them all to ShipHero
