We already have both amazon and shopify linked to our shiphero account and looking to add one more online store called Qoo10 which doesnt seem to be in list of available store option in shiphero to connect.
We have the store API key available but need some help connecting between shiphero and the store.
Is there way to connect the store via API key?

From what I can tell, there is no native integration built between ShipHero and Qoo10, so to connect these two platforms, a custom integration on your end will have to be made, likely by a hired 3rd Party Developer.
