We faced an issue with order “#4523“, which came from Shopify , when we got order details from shiphero it’s shipping method and carrier appears like:

}
even if it’s created at shopify as “Retrio en tienda“ or “Pick At Store“ could you please help me to know what causes this issue , even if all other Ecommerce users on shopify send the “Retrio en tienda “ status correctly to Shiphero and hence to our dashboard.
