Permission denied issue - in sandbox environment

Hi,

We are encountering the same permission denied issue as the following topic but still can’t seem to resolve the issue in our sandbox environment :

Cannot access the requested warehouse. Permission denied

Our flow that we created a while ago suddenly started throwing errors about permission denied recently and we can’t figure out why. The request ID is 6144f95a792710bb1705e4b8 I believe. The warehouse_id being used is the same as what appears when we query the account.

Could this be a permissions setup in the sandbox environment?

Hey @SteveAllen, you are getting that error as that warehouse is not allowed to receive purchase orders, as the sandbox is for an LVK account, and you are attempting to submit a purchase order to your account instead of a 3PL. Please contact your CSM so they can set you up in one of LVK’s warehouses for testing.
