This purchase order has 2 line items that are over received, and the query is returning an extra line item for each of them with the same SKU and the extra one has different quantities. Seems like it kept an outdated version of the line item from before it was over received or something? The extra does not show in the dashboard.

If you navigate to https://purchase-orders.shiphero.com/purchase-orders/, which is the receiving dashboard, you will see the PO has 2 entries for each of those items.
You can delete them from that screen, I counted 4 duped items. I will need to dig deeper into why the second one for each has appeared.
