They’re triggering almost instantly for any return updates but I’m not getting any in for new returns

I have a few questions:
Are you saying you’re not getting updates upon return creation but only return updates?
Have you received any webhook triggers for Return # 4775415?
Could you share a return within the past day that was successful in triggering the webhook?

Correct, it seems only updates are triggering and not creates.
We have not received any webhooks for Return # 4775415 still.
The last webhook received was for https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/returns/details/4753879.

Our logs also correlate to the behavior seen here, so I’m now trying to reproduce the issue in my test account. At the moment I’ve been unable to.

They’re being generated by customers using the embedded form that you provide.
