Some new customer/child accounts NOT showing up via API query

Hi, We’re a 3PL and some of our new child accounts are NOT showing up when I retrieve them using the customers query.
One of the examples is CIBI NATURALS LLC. Can you pls look into it urgently and let me know if there is something we can do on our end to fix this? Or is this to be fixed on SH side?

We were able to retrieve that customer on this page: customers(first:100 after: "YXJyYXljb25uZWN0aW9uOjk0")

If you still cannot retrieve that customer, please share a request_id from the query from which you expected to get it in the response.

Hi @tomasfd , Yes, right now they’re getting retrieved correctly. But last week they were not - and not just this one, but at least 2 others as well.
I guess I’ll post here if this happens again.
