We found a more recent example: https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/orders/details/193104648
that might help illustrate why the Packing Note not showing.
So here is the sequence of events that might be triggering that:
- 2021 - 05 - 24 07: 16: 07 UTC Packing note was updated via Public API
- 2021 - 05 - 24 07: 51: 19 UTC an update comes from Magento and this is what it has: “customer_note”: “”, among other empty fields
That will cause the Packer note to get overwritten, maybe you will need to change those to avoid changes on Magento overwriting that Packing Note you just added
