I have two clients that have the Shiphero private app installed. I received notice that those same two clients are using the old REST API and need to be updated.
I’m assuming the private app is the problem.
Did Shiphero release a new private app or do I no longer need it? I received a very vague link to the GraphQL update that made no mention of what I need to do to make sure that my two biggest stores don’t lose connection on July 31st.

Are you referring to a particular store? (such as Shopify, Woocommerce, etc.)
In that case they shouldn’t be affected. The only thing that will get deprecated is our REST Public API

Both store are shopify.
Here is the email I received from Support it was fairly vague. I just want to make sure all my clients stores don’t have any interruption.

As for Shopify Stores, they won’t be affected.
The ones that will are the ones listed on https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/settings/api which are Rest API connections
